Lessee...we've got an aging, obese, spluttering, inept, and likely corrupt cartoon character Barney Frank as the incumbent, who chairs the House Banking Committee.
Then we've got a challenger, young, lean, calm, and apparently competent Sean Bielat. A Marine officer, with degrees from Harvard, Georgetown, and an MBA almost complete at Wharton. He thinks Barney is part of the problem, that Congress is out of control.
