She tells this cautionary tale, a tale of rationing of care, a tale of a system set up to serve appearances, even if a few patients are (in the words of the chilling movie 'Hospital') simply 'forgotten to death'.
Had she not been, in her own words, 'stubborn and bloody-minded', she may not be alive today to tell the cautionary tale.
So, let us not claim that we have not been advised as to what awaits us.
