A new, and extended speech from Dan Hannan, the fearless wordsmith who took Gordon Brown apart in front of the world two or three weeks ago.
It doesn't take a significant mental leap to see how these words can be addressed to/about Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Barney Frank, Hank Paulson, Tim Geithner, etc, etc.
Hannan made a temporary splash, just breaking over the radar here.
He needs to be heard at length.
