(Damn! Barry didn't tell me the job would actually involve reading stuff!)
Some moments are too good to pass up, and this is one of them. After all the condemnation heaped upon the heads of the folks in Arizona, and threats of civil rights action against them by the Department of Justice, AG Eric Holder admits in testimony before Congress that he hasn't even read the law!
If ever a video should go 'viral', this is one.
This is the sort of nonsense one expects to encounter at a local zoning board meeting in a county somewhere in Appalachia. (Well, no suh', me and Bubba didn't realize that puttin' those dubble-wides on that flood plain would cause no problem. Hell, we didn't even know we wuz s'posed to get no bildin' permits, or look at no maps!)
Except this is the Attorney General of the United States. Our chief law enforcement officer. The one who is supposed render legal opinions for the Executive Branch. The one who is supposed to stand for the law and constitution, and not be a political hack.
And, lest we forget, the guy who appointed him once served as editor of the Harvard Law Review.
Shall we pause and reflect on the treatment recent Republican AG's have received at the hands of the Democrats and the MSM?
If this man is not sent on his way, then the country owes a posthumous apology to Nixon's AG-cum-BagMan, John Mitchell.

This from the man who told us that we were all cowards because we were unwilling to discuss race.
I'm quite willing to observe that this is one dumb black man making a complete fool of himself before the whole nation. I think he is just as smart as the man who appointed him.
Ooooh, no...arrogance and stupidity are color-blind, just like every other human virtue and frailty.
The disgrace of our AG and his boss are not about race, but about the arrogant refusal to face cold facts, to read short relevant documents written in plain English.
The arrogance displayed yesterday leads this old boy to suspect another agenda may be in place, decided in private and pursued without disclosure to the culture at large.
Or, Holder and Obama could simply be stupid. But, knowing a few Harvard grads, that seems unlikely.
It is unfortunate for us all that several of the main players in this tragedy are persons of color, as it has the potential to inflame racial prejudices on all sides.
It's a bad business for us all, no matter how we interpret it.
OS, you say that this is not about race, and you may be correct. But I am still reminded that this is the man who wanted us to talk about race, who called us cowards for not talking about race.
I have known a fair number of blacks over the years in academia, industry, and in government. Every last one of them was the living embodiment of the Peter Principle; they were all in the positions they held purely by virtue of Affirmative Action and for no other reason whatsoever. Competence had nothing to do with it. I am confident that we can make that statement about Holder and Obama as well. They are both demonstrably incompetent, and worse yet, they occupy their offices with evil intent, the intent to destroy this nation. God save America!
