CENTERVILLE, Tenn. -- Residents in parts of five Middle Tennessee counties are being urged to boil water before drinking.
The Department of Environment and Conservation said there are boil water advisories for the following water systems:
* Brentwood, Williamson County
* Lexington Water System, Henderson County
* Poplar Grove Utility District, Tipton County
* Jackson Energy Authority, Madison County
* City of Trenton, Madison County
* Town of Michie, McNairy County
* Bon Aqua-Lyles Utility District, Hickman County -- TDEC has recommended an advisory
* Centerville Water System, Hickman County -- TDEC has recommended an advisory
* Waynesboro Water System, Wayne County
* Mt. Pleasant Water System, Maury County -- partial coverage area under advisory
* Lobelville Water System, Perry County -- TDEC has recommended an advisory
The water problems in Hickman County could take three to five weeks to resolve.
Shelters in Hickman County are located at the following places.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Department said Celina residents who live in the Pea Ridge area of the city should also boil their drinking water for at least the next 30 hours.
